FZJ系统可以回收再生的油料：液压，润滑、淬火、透平机、气压机、变压器，液力传动、热交换器、真空泵、齿轮、切削、冷藏、循环、植物、合成、机械油等等。
总之：FZJ系统可以回收再生几乎所有的工业用油 (闪点低于93℃油除外，例如汽油等)。

Electrical Cooling Type Oil Cooler
XGDL Electrical Coolers are developed based upon the advanced refrigerant-type oil cooling technology introduced from Fuyuan Co., Ltd. of Japan. Refrigerant-type coolers, temperature-regulating heaters and RE filters are integrated in the coolers to rapidly bring oil temperature to an ideal value, fill a gap in the field concerned in China and widely used in hydraulic and lubricating systems.

Waste Oil Regenerators
FZJ Waste Oil Recycling and Regeneration System, with its advanced technologies of high molecular purification, coalescing decarbonization and low-temperature vacuum distillation, can make waste oil cleaner and drier than new oil by maintaining the additives in the oil and keeping its physical/chemical property and removing suspended matter, participates or matter dissolved in the oil, solvents, gas, water, dirt, sand, water scale, rust, metallic powder, coal ash, free carbon, microorganisms, etc.
The oils that FZJ System can recycle and regenerate include: hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, quenching oil, turbine oil, air compressor oil, transformer oil, hydrodynamic drive oil, heat exchanger oil, vacuum pump oil, gear oil, cutting oil, refrigeration oil, circulation oil, machinery oil, synthetic oil, vegetable oil, etc.
In a word, FZJ System can recycle and regenerate almost all industrial oils with the exception of oil with a flash point below 93℃ (e.g. gasoline)

Double-stage High-efficiency Vacuum Filtering Oil Machine:
Series SGZL products are special-purpose equipment for mounting and major repair of the power transformers. It can rapidly clear out micro gas and micro solid impurities in the transformer oil. The breaddown voltage value ofhte new oil can once improve 35 KV. The product is suitable for vacuum filling oil operation of the oil used by ultrahigh voltage transformer.
Adopt once heating and twice continuous oil film flash technique: use a Roots booster vacuum system ot improve the secondary vacuum exhaust displacement.
This technique has effectively solved the ageing due to heating and filtration of high index oil for many times. The quick dehydrationand degasification technology make various indexes of the oil to be in optimal values. The working efficiency of a SGZLunit is about equl to the sum of the working efficiencies of two ordinary vacuum filtering oil machines.

Special-purpose Filtering Oil Machine for Turbine Oil of Steam Turbine
TL products are special-purpose equipmetn of turbine oil purification for the steam turbine, and are suitable for drying and purification of the turbine oil used in steam turbine generator unit, water-wheel generator unit, nuclear power station and various industrial steam turbines.
